An effectively operated SaaS service consists of the following elements:

About server selection
The SaaS software system we provide you has no limit on the number of users . In theory, you can sell your AI services to an unlimited number of customers .
In actual operations, how many customers you can provide a good SaaS service to at the same time depends on the server specifications and network bandwidth . Therefore, you need to choose the appropriate server specifications based on your business needs.
- If you are in the starting stage and have tight funds, you can choose in the server column: shared server.
- If you choose “Shared Server”, your AI SaaS will be deployed on our physical server (32G memory/250M bandwidth), which will deploy multiple SaaS systems at the same time. Different SaaS systems may compete for system resources and network bandwidth.
- If you want to provide more reliable and high-quality services to your customers, we recommend that you choose an independent cloud server. Only one SaaS system is deployed on each cloud server. No one else competes with you for CPU, memory and network bandwidth resources. . If your customers access your SaaS system at different times, the following cloud servers we provide can host a large number of customers. Cloud servers of different specifications can provide services to more concurrent users at the same time. The approximate number of concurrent users is as follows:
- Independent cloud server specifications: cpu 2 core/memory 4G/SSD cloud disk 40G/traffic 20 TB. Depending on different tasks, it can host approximately 10-40 concurrent users at the same time (the concurrent users here refer to the specific AI being used) Function).
- Independent cloud server specifications: CPU 4 cores/memory 8G/SSD cloud disk 160G/traffic 20 TB, which can host approximately 20-80 concurrent users at the same time.
- Independent cloud server specifications: CPU 8 core/memory 16G/SSD cloud disk 240G/traffic 20 TB, which can host approximately 40-160 concurrent users at the same time.
About the location of the computer room
x2ai’s AI SaaS solution uses Cloudflare as the front-end CDN. In most cases, no matter where it is placed, it has no impact on your user access experience, and the price is exactly the same. You can just choose random . However, if you are located in Europe or North America and have legal compliance needs, please select Europe or North America according to your needs .
About payment cycle
You can choose to pay in 1 year or in 3 years. If you choose to pay in 3 years, we will get a discount from the cloud service provider and get lower server costs. We will pass all the cost savings to you.
About invoice
If you are located in mainland China, after you purchase the AI SaaS solution, we will issue you an electronic invoice for general VAT within 3 working days, and the electronic invoice will be sent to your email address. The invoice title should be the name of the actual payer or company name.
